Dates you can plan around
See the month in Calendar, the next four weeks in Timeline, and let routine work create itself. Reminders reach whoever owns the task before the date arrives.
Recurring tasks
Daily, weekdays, weekly on chosen days, monthly, or a custom interval.

Month, week, and agenda views, plus a four-week timeline.
Calendar feed
Your assigned tasks in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook.
Recurring work that shows up on its own
Set a task to repeat and Taskeni creates each occurrence as its own task, a week ahead, in the list you choose. Every occurrence has its own completion, comments, and activity, so last week's discussion never gets copied into this week's task.
- Daily, every weekday, weekly on selected days, monthly on a day, or every few days, weeks, or months.
- End a series on a date, after a number of occurrences, or never.
- Skip the next occurrence (a holiday week) or pause the series and resume it later.
- Calendar view shows upcoming occurrences as dashed entries, so you can see them before they exist.
Reminders that go to the owner
Give a task a due date and pick a reminder: on the due date, one day before, two days before, or a week before. The reminder goes to the task's assignees (or, if nobody is assigned, the people following it) as an in-app notification, a push notification if they've turned those on, and email if they've asked for it.
Calendar view
Each board has a Calendar view with month, week, and agenda layouts. Drag a task onto another day to reschedule it. Tasks without a date wait in an Unscheduled tray, ready to be dropped onto the calendar.
Timeline view
Timeline shows four weeks at a time, with each task as a bar from its start date to its due date and a line for today. Overdue work is marked, and finished work is shaded. It's the view marketing teams use to see launch week before it arrives.
Add dated tasks as fast as you can type
Quick add reads dates as you type: “Send the report friday 3pm @lena #reporting !high” sets the due date, time, assignee, label, and priority, and shows each one as a chip you can click to keep as plain text. Write “every monday” and the repeat schedule opens once the task is created.
Common questions
Can recurring tasks repeat on several days of the week?
Yes. Choose Weekly on selected days and pick the days, for example Monday and Thursday. Quick add understands “every mon and thu” too.
What happens to comments on a recurring task?
Each occurrence is a separate task. Comments and activity stay with the occurrence they were written on and are never copied forward.
Can I see my Taskeni tasks in Google Calendar?
Yes. Settings → Notifications → Calendar feed gives you a private link for the tasks assigned to you, by due date. Add it to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook. Calendars refresh on their own schedule, often every few hours.
Can I set a reminder without a due date?
No. Reminders are timed from the due date (and due time, if there is one), so set a date first.
Is any of this limited on the Free plan?
No. Recurring tasks, reminders, Calendar, Timeline, and the calendar feed are on every plan. See pricing.
