AI helpers run on Google Gemini, and each request has a real cost. We measure it in credits: one credit is about $0.0024 of model cost. A quick helper, like turning notes into tasks, uses a fraction of a credit; a long recap or an assistant request with lots of context uses several. The allowance renews on the 1st of each month.
AI helpers pause until the 1st, and everything else keeps working. On paid plans an owner can add a top-up: 1,000 credits for $4, used after the monthly allowance, and they don't expire.
No. AI helpers are off until a workspace owner or admin turns them on. While they're off, nothing from your workspace is sent to the model provider.
No. Guests see only the boards you add them to and don't count toward the Free plan's 10 members.
