For marketing teams

Launches that land on time

Campaign dates, content, and requests from the rest of the company, on one board everyone reads. Timeline shows launch week before it arrives, and routine work creates itself.

Timeline view

Four weeks of campaign work, with overlaps visible weeks ahead.

Recurring content

Weekly posts and monthly reports appear on the board on their own.

Request forms

Sales and product ask for work through a form, not a DM.

Reminders

A nudge to the owner a day or a week before each date.

The challenge

Campaign dates lived in a calendar, tasks lived on a board, and weekly posts had to be recreated by hand every Monday. Requests arrived in chat and email, and nobody could say what launch week actually looked like until it was already here.

Plan the whole campaign in one place

Start from the Marketing campaign template (Planning, In progress, Needs review, Published) with Email, Social, Content, and Launch labels ready. Give each task a start and due date and switch to Timeline to see four weeks at once, or Calendar to drag a post to another day.

  • Custom fields for channel, audience, or budget, visible in Table view.
  • Checklists for each asset: copy, design, links checked, scheduled.
  • Set **Published** as the completion list so finished work closes itself.

Let routine work create itself

The newsletter, the weekly social batch, the monthly report: set them to repeat once and each occurrence arrives on the board a week ahead, in the right list, with its checklist. Skip a holiday week without touching the rest of the series.

Take requests without the back-and-forth

Give your board a public request form. Colleagues describe what they need, pick a date, attach a brief, and fill in the fields you ask for. Each request becomes a task in your intake list, and the requester gets an email when it's done.

Show stakeholders the plan, then show what happened

On Pro and Business, send leadership or a client a read-only share link to the campaign board. After the launch, reports show throughput and cycle time so the next plan starts from real numbers.

How the workflow runs

  1. 1

    Plan on a timeline

Every campaign task gets a start and due date, so overlaps show up in Timeline view weeks ahead.

  2. 2

    Take requests through a form

Sales and product submit requests on the board's form; each one lands in Planning with the requester's email attached.

  3. 3

    Automate the routine

Weekly posts and monthly reports repeat on their own schedule and land on the board on time.

  4. 4

    Never miss a date

Reminders go out a day or a week before each deadline to whoever owns the task.

  5. 5

    Review in one column

Drafts move to Needs review; reviewers comment with @mentions and pin feedback on images.

  6. 6

    Report after launch

Share a read-only link with stakeholders and check throughput and the overdue trend (Pro).

Common questions

Can I see campaigns on a calendar?

Yes. Each board has a Calendar view (month, week, or agenda) and a Timeline view. You can also subscribe to your own assigned tasks in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook.

How do recurring posts work?

Set a task to repeat (for example, every Tuesday). Taskeni creates each occurrence as a separate task a week ahead, so comments and approvals stay with the right week. See planning.

Can people outside marketing submit requests?

Yes. A request form works for anyone with the link, no account needed. Workspace members can also email tasks straight to the board's address.

Is Taskeni free for a small marketing team?

Yes. The Free plan covers up to 10 members with every view, recurring tasks, reminders, and request forms. Share links and reports are on Pro and Business, and Pro comes with a 14-day free trial. See pricing.

We're on Trello today. Can we move?

Yes. Import a Trello board's JSON export, one board at a time, from Settings → Data or the Boards page, with its lists, cards, checklists, labels, and due dates. Other tools can come over through CSV import. See Taskeni vs Trello.
