Reports

Three numbers that tell you how work is moving

Reports show cycle time, throughput, and the overdue trend for one board or the whole workspace, over the last 4, 12, or 26 weeks. They're built from the tasks you already track, so there's nothing extra to fill in.

Cycle time: how long work really takes

Cycle time counts the days from when work started to when it was done. A task counts as started when it leaves its board's first list, or on its start date. Reports show the median (a typical task) and the 85th percentile (how long the slow ones take), which is a fairer answer to “when will this be done?” than an average.

Throughput: how much gets finished

Throughput is the number of tasks completed each week. Watch it over 12 or 26 weeks to see whether a new process, a hire, or a busy season changed what the team can finish.

Overdue trend: is the backlog of late work growing?

The overdue trend counts open overdue tasks at the end of each week. A line that keeps climbing means dates are being set faster than work is being finished, and it's time to re-plan, not push harder.

Common questions

Which plans include reports?

Pro and Business. Owners and admins can upgrade in Settings → Plan & billing, and Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. See pricing.

When does a task count as started?

When it leaves its board's first list, or on its start date if it has one. Cycle time runs from that moment to when the task is done.

Why median and 85th percentile instead of an average?

A few very slow tasks pull an average up and hide what's typical. The median shows a normal task; the 85th percentile shows how long the slow ones take, which helps when promising dates.

Can I see reports for one person?

Yes. Filter by assignee, and by board and label, to narrow any report.

Can I export the data?

Yes. Download any chart as CSV. For task-level data, Settings → Data → Export CSV exports every task, on every plan.
