Upgrading to Pro or Business

Owners and admins can upgrade a workspace from Settings → Plan & billing (app.taskeni.app/settings/billing). Other members can see the plan but can't change it.

Upgrade a workspace

Go to Settings → Plan & billing.
Choose Yearly or Monthly at the top of the plans.
On Pro, click Start 14-day free trial. On Business, click Choose Business.
Enter your card details at checkout and confirm.

You come back to Taskeni when checkout is done, and the new plan applies to the whole workspace straight away.

The Pro trial

Each workspace can have one 14-day free trial of Pro.
Checkout asks for a card, but you aren't charged until the trial ends.
To pay nothing, click Cancel trial in Settings → Plan & billing before the trial ends. The workspace moves back to Free and your boards and tasks stay.
Business has no trial.

Monthly or yearly

Pro is $6 per member a month billed yearly, or $7.50 month to month.
Business is $12 per member a month billed yearly, or $15 month to month.

How members are billed

You pay for each member of the workspace. Guests are free.
When someone joins, they're added for the rest of the current period, and you're charged for that part.
When someone leaves, the difference comes back as a credit on your next bill.

Change your plan

Moving up (Pro to Business, or monthly to yearly) takes effect now. You're charged the difference for the rest of the period.
Moving down (Business to Pro, or yearly to monthly) takes effect at your next renewal. Until then, nothing changes.

Cancel

Go to Settings → Plan & billing.
Click Cancel plan and confirm.

The workspace keeps its plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then moves to Free. Your boards and tasks stay. Pro features pause, and new members are limited to 10. Changed your mind? Click Keep Pro or Keep Business before the period ends.

Invoices, receipts, and your card

Click Billing details in Settings → Plan & billing to download invoices and receipts or change the card.

Buy more AI credits

Owners and admins can buy AI credit packs on any plan, Free included, in Settings → Plan & billing. See AI top-ups.

Good to know

Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT.
If a payment fails, update the card in Billing details. Polar retries the payment automatically.
Everything on Free stays free, including all views, integrations, the API, and data export. See Plans and limits.
