AI top-ups

Top-ups give your workspace more AI credits when the monthly allowance isn't enough.

How top-ups work

• Packs are 1,000 credits for $4, 5,000 for $20, or 10,000 for $40.
• Top-ups work on every plan, Free included.
• Top-up credits are used only after the month's allowance runs out.
• They never expire, so unused credits carry over to later months.
• They belong to the workspace and are shared by everyone in it.

Buy a top-up

1. Go to Settings → Plan & billing.
2. Under AI credits, click the pack you want.
3. Pay at checkout. The credits are added to the workspace when you come back.

Only owners and admins can buy top-ups.

Check your balance

Go to Settings → This workspace → AI helpers. Owners and admins see the credits used this month and any top-up credits left.

Good to know

• Top-up credits are non-refundable once used.
• When credits run out, only AI helpers pause. Everything else keeps working. See AI credits and allowances.
