Plans and limits

Taskeni has three plans: Free, Pro, and Business. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial.

Free: $0

• Up to 10 members. Guests don't count.
• 3 guests per board.
• 100 AI credits per workspace each month, to try the AI helpers.
• Unlimited boards and tasks, and everything listed under "On every plan" below.

Pro: $6 per member a month, billed yearly ($7.50 monthly)

• Everything in Free.
• Unlimited members and guests.
• Board automations.
• Reports: cycle time, throughput, and overdue trend.
• Read-only client share links.
• 300 AI credits per member each month, pooled.
• A 14-day free trial, once per workspace.

Business: $12 per member a month, billed yearly ($15 monthly)

• Everything in Pro.
• 1,000 AI credits per member each month, pooled.
• Priority support.
• Audit log and single sign-on, both coming soon.

On every plan

All five views, unlimited boards and tasks, subtasks, dependencies, time tracking, recurring tasks, custom fields, integrations (Slack, GitHub, email to task, request forms), the MCP server, the REST API, webhooks, two-step verification, data export, and AI top-ups when you need more credits.

How limits are counted

• Members are everyone in the workspace except guests. On Free, pending invitations count toward the 10, too.
• Pro and Business are billed per member. Guests are free.
• The guest limit is per board: on Free, each board can have up to 3 guests.
• AI credits are counted per workspace and renew on the 1st of each month. See AI credits and allowances.

Good to know

• When a workspace on Free reaches 10 members, you can still invite people as guests to individual boards.
• To upgrade, start a trial, or see your bill, go to Settings → Plan & billing. See Upgrading to Pro or Business.
• If a paid workspace moves back to Free, its boards and tasks stay. Pro features pause, and new members are limited to 10.
