Export your data

Your data is yours. You can take a copy out of Taskeni whenever you want.

Export a workspace

1. Go to Settings → Data.
2. Click Export workspace as JSON.

The file holds the workspace's boards, lists, and tasks that you can see. Attachments aren't included.

Export tasks to a spreadsheet

• In Settings → Data → Spreadsheets, click Export CSV for every task you can see in the workspace.
• For one board, open its settings menu → Export CSV.

Download your personal data

1. Go to Settings → Account → Your personal data.
2. Click Download my data.

You get a JSON file with your profile, your workspaces and roles, the tasks assigned to you, the comments you wrote, and your notifications.

Bring boards back in

Import JSON in Settings → Data adds the boards from a Taskeni export to the current workspace as new boards. Comments, history, and files aren't part of an export.

Good to know

• Exports are included on every plan, Free included.
• Completed tasks older than 60 days are only in a workspace export for boards where you've clicked Show older.
• Exports only include boards you can see. An owner or admin who is on every private board gets the most complete copy.
