Profile, appearance, and preferences

Your profile is how teammates see you on cards, comments, and mentions. Preferences change how Taskeni looks and behaves for you only.

Update your profile

1. Go to Settings → Account.
2. Click Upload a picture (or Change picture), then drag to position it. Pictures can be up to 6 MB.
3. Edit your Full name, Job title, and Personal time zone.
4. Click Save profile.

Choose a theme

Under Appearance, set Theme to System, Light, or Dark. System follows your device's setting. Your choice applies on every device you sign in on.

Working preferences

• Open Taskeni on: Home, My tasks, All boards, or Notifications.
• Task list density: Roomy or Compact.
• Start with the sidebar collapsed: keeps the sidebar narrow until you expand it.

Good to know

• Your personal time zone sets when your daily digest arrives. The workspace time zone is separate and is used for recurring schedules and reminders.
• Owners and admins can also edit a member's job title and picture from the Members page.
