Turn on AI helpers

AI helpers summarize, suggest, and draft so you can review and decide. They're off by default, and while they're off no workspace data is sent to the AI provider.

Go to Settings → This workspace and scroll to AI helpers.
Turn on Turn on AI helpers for this workspace.

Everyone in the workspace can now use the helpers. To turn them off again, use the same switch.

What turns on

Catch me up on a task and on Home
Suggest steps on a task
Find action items with AI when you paste notes into quick add
Summarise in the weekly review
Smart search, which finds tasks by meaning as well as words
Ask Taskeni, the assistant

Good to know

Only owners and admins can turn AI helpers on or off. Members see a note to ask them.
AI helpers use Google Gemini. See What data AI helpers send.
AI use is measured in credits against a monthly allowance. Owners and admins see how much is used under AI helpers. See AI credits and allowances.
Nothing an AI helper suggests is applied until you confirm it.
