Calendar feed (iCal)
The calendar feed puts your assigned tasks next to your meetings, in the calendar app you already use.
- Go to Settings → Notifications and scroll to Calendar feed.
- Click Create calendar link.
- Copy the link now. It's only shown once.
- Add it to your calendar app:
- Apple Calendar: File → New Calendar Subscription, then paste the link.
- Google Calendar: Other calendars → + → From URL, then paste the link.
- Outlook: Add calendar → Subscribe from web, then paste the link.
What's in the feed
- Tasks assigned to you, on their due dates, from every workspace and board you can see.
- Tasks due from 60 days ago onward, open and done.
- Each event is named with the task key and title, and links back to the task.
- Tasks with a due time appear at that time, lasting as long as the estimate (up to 8 hours) or 30 minutes. Tasks without a time are all-day events.
Good to know
- Anyone with the link can see your assigned tasks, so keep it private.
- Calendar apps refresh subscriptions on their own schedule, often every few hours.
- Lost the link? Click New link. The old link stops working, and calendars subscribed to it stop updating until you subscribe with the new one.
- To stop the feed, click Turn off.
