Planning and time
My tasks, Home, and workload
These three screens answer different questions: what's on my plate, how did the week go, and who has too much.
My tasks
- Click My tasks in the sidebar, or press
GthenM. - Your open tasks from every board you can see are grouped into Overdue, Today, Upcoming, and No due date, with Completed at the end.
- Filter by board or priority, and sort by Due date, Priority, Title, Recently updated, or Newest first.
- Switch to Calendar to see your dated tasks day by day.
Home
Home shows what's overdue and due in the next 7 days, a chart of upcoming work by priority or board, and activity across your boards.
The This week card is a weekly review:
- Click Show review.
- See what was Done, what Slipped, what was Started, what's New, and what's Due next week, by board and by person.
- Click any number to see the tasks behind it.
- Click Copy to copy the review as Markdown, for a status update or a team channel.
With AI helpers on, Summarise adds a one-paragraph summary, and a Catch me up card summarizes what changed on your boards since your last visit. See Use the AI helpers.
Workload
- Click Members in the sidebar and scroll to Workload.
- Each row is a person, with open tasks by due week and estimated hours: Overdue, This week, the next weeks, Later, and No date.
- Click a cell to see its tasks. Drag a task onto someone else to reassign it.
Good to know
