Board, List, Table, Calendar and Timeline views

Each board can be shown as a Board, List, Table, Calendar, or Timeline. Pick the one that fits the question you're asking.

  1. Open a board.
  2. Use the view switcher in the board header to choose Board, List, Table, Calendar, or Timeline.
  3. Your filters and board search stay applied when you switch.

Board

Lists side by side, with cards you drag between them. Cards show labels, assignees, the due date, checklist progress, comment and file counts, whether the task repeats, and a cover image if you set one.

List

Tasks grouped under their lists in rows. Use the sort control to order by List order, Due date, Priority, Title, or Recently updated.

Table

One row per task with columns for key, title, list, assignees, priority, due date, and time tracked, plus a column for each custom field. Click a column header to sort, and click a row to open the task.

Calendar

Tasks on their due dates, by Month, Week, or Agenda.

  1. Use the arrows to move through time, or Today to come back.
  2. Drag a task onto another day to reschedule it.
  3. Tasks without a date wait in Unscheduled.

Recurring tasks also show their upcoming occurrences, drawn with a dashed outline.

Timeline

Four weeks at a time, with each task drawn from its start date to its due date. Use Earlier and Later to move, and Today to come back. Tasks need a start or due date to appear.
